Is there any way to add queue to Jira software project to make it easy for the users to catch their issues?
Not sure if you are using Cloud or Server but in cloud the Queues are already attached to the project but mainly for the agents. (Just open project and you will see it on the top left). User should be able to see their specific tickets from the user portal. I hope this helps.

Iam using datacenter version. there is already some filter are there OOB but I want to make queue for some teams like we are doing in Jira Service Desk

1- How can I customize this filters to be specific for some teams
2- is there any way to create queues like jira service desk
