Jira smart value {{rule.description}} to fetch rule description?

I want to fetch the rule description into the description field. I thought {{rule.description}} would work similar to {{issue.description}}. 

{{rule.name}} works fine, is it possible to fetch the rule description?

As per documentation, smarts values can get only 

{rule.name}} - Prints out the name of the running rule
{{rule.actor}} - Accesses the rule actor user.
