my instance seems fine or at least normal. Of course, there are so many installations of cloud it all depends on your specific VM. I would monitor this throughout the day and if it continues, especially if it is happening to all users then I would contact Atlassian support. You might also check out the browsers just for completeness.
Also be sure to monitor https://status.atlassian.com/ for any incidents.

@Jack Brickey There is a partial outdate which affected viewing issues.
