Jira's Official Slack Integration "Add to Issue" Not Working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Jira's bot is currently installed in our Slack workspace.
Clicking on the "three dots" associated with each message, Jira has an integration where you can "Add to Issue". Where the Slack message should be linked with the issue.
The problem, whenever I use this, that the message within Jira says "backup" rather than the actual content of the Slack message I had originally linked.
Wanted to know if I'm missing something or if this is an existing bug.
