I've been using Jira at my new company for a bit but I seem to have a lot of features missing. For one, it is very difficult to find tickets from previous sprints without directly knowing the name/ticket # in the search field. I recall in past companies, I could just search the previous sprint tickets.
Is this a feature that needs to be purchased at a certain level and how much more is it compared to the standard product plan?

Irrespective of Jira plans, this is the default feature.
May I ask if you have tried with a JQL Or exporting the csv with all fields OR going to the "Sprint report" and pull the list of Jira issues by selecting any old Sprint?
If you have tried one or all of the above and still finding issues, I would request to contact your inhouse Jira admin for figuring out the root cause.
