Jira not created issue, after jenkins build failed. How i can solve this ?

When i want to create JIRA issue, after jenkins build fail, Always given same output.

however build failed, given below output. I think, Jiracreatednotifer checks only completed build result not check failed build.

So completed build in jenkins that always succesful.

Notified JIRA that a build has completed.
