Jira launch fail after installation

I get the following error message when launching Jira following the installation:

 

Cannot change ComponentManager status from NOT_STARTED to PLUGINSYSTEM_STARTED

Hi,

You need to investigate the JIRA log files from <JIRA_INSTALL>/logs or <JIRA_HOME>/log to get a good clue about your problem. Probably the information you need is at atlassian-jira.log file in the <JIRA_HOME>/log.
