I have successfully done the integration between Jira and Jenkins, and in Jira the data is available in the description of issues-keys in the build but not in the deployment.And under the operations of the project also in the deployment you're almost ready to view deployments in Jira - it is written

Hi @Aditya-khandal

Welcome to the community.

From you description I'm assuming that you are using the official Jenkins integration. This integration however is very flavoured since it only supports multi-branch pipelines and only looks for issue keys in the SCM information (branch names and commit messages).

If this matches your requirements, then you can look at the links provided by @Vishal Biyani

However, if you need support for additional job types in Jenkins, need a full history, or also support different locations for issue key lookup, then take a look at Jenkins for Jira (the original app, disclaimer I'm the developer of the app)

I'm also more then happy to jump on a call to assist you if needed.

Cheers,
Mark

@Aditya-khandal

Are you saying that you are able to see the data in build section but not in deployment. if so, go through below links and see if that helps you resolve the issue
