Hi,
I run the evaluation version of Jira/Confluence on my server and now I'm trying to move it to a new server with PostgreSQL DB. So on the new server, after installing Jira and Confluence, the browser goes straight to the Jira login page and it doesn't ask any option to setup the db or anything and obviously I'm not able to login either. What have I done wrong? Confluence isn't even starting up when I enter localhost:8090 for some reason...
