I am facing a technical issue in Jira and I was hoping some would be able to help me out.

I want to be able to add some fields to my stories for which I have to apply the context.

When I click on the link provided I keep running into the same error saying :

"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again."

Hi @Jordy Kansel and welcome to the Community,

If you have Jira Administrator permissions, go to Jira Settings > Issues > Custom Fields and locate the stakeholders custom field in the list there. Through the configure option for that field, you should be able to set the context as required (and as such enable the field for your project).

That is a workaround, it does not explain why the link provided does not work. If that remains an issue, it would be best to follow the recommendation from the error message and raise a support ticket with Atlassian support directly.

Hope this helps!
