I checked the existing question on this topic but found them quite old and seemed not relevant to Jira Cloud Issue Collector (It's asking to update jar and upload plugin, not sure if it is possible in Jira cloud - solved in 2012) - Solved: Issue Collector: Can 'Name' and 'Email' be made re... I followed this KB - I created custom fields and made them mandatory and added them in issue collector forms but it's not working - How to set "Name" and "Email" as required fields in the Issue Collector | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

 

Please suggest how to make name and email fields mandatory in issue collector for jira cloud.
