Trying to login to id.atlassian.com is fine but when trying to access utb-az.atlassian.net with the same account the browser keeps resetting the connection and after a while shows me an error about the database taking longer than expected with an option to try again.

What do I do to fix my Jira cloud login to the instance mentioned above?

Hi @Sadiq Mammadzada

Welcome to the community.

Do you have an active account on the instance your are referencing in this post?

Or is this instance a free tier and not been accessed in a while, then its most likely set to inactive by Atlassian, due to their policy or already removed.

Hi @Sadiq Mammadzada ,

Once you log in via id.atlassian.com, can you access your site (utb-az.atlassian.net), or does that not work as well?

A few other questions:

  • Can other users access the site when logging directly to utb-az.atlassian.net?
  • Can you try using a different browser to log in (or incognito mode in the current one)?

Your best bet would be to contact Atlassian Support with this and provide them with information such as the site name/URL and your account email. They should be able to check this out and give you a proper reply.

Additionally, you might need to generate a HAR file from your browser to help debug this, but the file should be sent to the support team.

Hope you get it resolved fast.

Cheers,
Tom
