I have a JIRA automation with the following trigger:
I would like to send an e-mail to the assigee featuring the star rating as well as the comment. The problem is that the alert triggers as soon as the star rating is clicked and will not actually trigger for the comment (if provided).
I would expect one of two options but I haven't found either:
1) Provide a trigger event for the satisfaction comment
2) Add a delay option to a JIRA automation to wait x seconds so make sure the customer was able to add a comment before triggering the "Re-fetch issue data" step.

Can you please share the config (screenshots) of your rule and actions if they contain smart values or specific actions and the audit log failures.
This will help community members understand your logic and setup.
