Hi @Nagavenkateswararao Soma ~ there is some good information here.  There are also several integration add-ons (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=servicenow ). Also, what are you trying to achieve with the integration, exactly?

Most probably for the Incidents and tasks in ServiceNow synchronize with Jira software issue.
