We perform Zoho Desk to Jira integration but we have an problem.
When we create a Jira issue from Zoho Desk, we cannot select the reporter for this issue. It's wroten "automatic".
We already looked on this page: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/reporting-a-bug-in-zoho-desk where this is specified:
This concern a next-gen Jira project. We gave administrator rights for the project to the account used for issue creation from Zoho Desk to Jira.
But the problem is still there.
Do you have any clue on how to change this?
