Jira Workflow and Automated Ticket Creation add-on

Hi, We are currently using on-demand and would like input on the best add-on for setting up workflows in Jira that create tickets if different conditions are met.

Our initial use case is onboarding users where we want to go from the initial position description to creating requests for IT to purchase hardware and Finance to setup credit cards.

Can anyone suggest cost effective options, our company has about 100 users.

First of all, I work for Innovalog (vendor that makes a popular workflow app). You can use Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE) to create issues with conditions. Use "create issue" post-function to create both new issues (finance and IT) in one step. Here is the direct link to documentation on this feature.

You would need an add-on like Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Workflow Toolbox, Autoblocks for Jira. There are other add-ons available.
