Hi @Charlotte André and welcome to the Community!

If you are an admin, navigate to admin.atlassian.com and check the Products page for your site. Which plan you are on is listed there.

If you are not, you can check 2 simple things to verify if you're not on a free or premium plan. If you click Plans from the menu and see this message appear:

That means you're not on a premium plan. To check if you're not on a free plan, navigate to project settings of any project and try to edit its permissions. In a free plan you won't be able to do so.

If you're not on premium and not on free, you could safely conclude that you're on a free plan, even if you are not the admin of your site.
