Today Jira ticketing system is inaccessible and user receiving an error when navigating different links in Jira.
If you are in Jira, one of the errors displayed is:
An error occurred while loading this page
Some users receive Forbidden (403) (atlassian.net).
I am able to browse some areas in Jira, and other times I get the message "An error occurred while loading this page"

You can check the availability status of Atlassian products at: https://status.atlassian.com/
If you don't see an active incident I would suggest opening a support ticket with atlassian support.
