I want to assign tickets to the developers and system team via Servicedesk (Jira software). But I could not find a space to create an issue through Jira software. Is there a solution to this problem?
I am thinking of moving the entire building from Zendesk to Jira Servicedesk. I started thinking about whether this is the right decision.
I thought it would be easy on Atlassian :(

You click "create"
I don't think you have explained the problem well, unless you really do mean you have not seen the create option in the menu, boards, backlogs and the portal. Could you explain the problem in more detail?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "create an issue from Service desk to Jira Software". If you want to create an issue in a Software project, then select that project after you click "create".
