Jira Service Desk


Good day, I would like to inquire if the JIRA service desk growing team with unlimited agents already have unlimited projects? Please help give the complete features in the package.

Technically you can have as many projects as you like.  In real life, your users will struggle if you create too many, so don't over-do it (start thinking about housekeeping and structure when you get towards 1,000)

The list of "complete features" is an essay question, or possibly even a whole book, and it would be far better for you to simply read the introductory documentation, and then just try the product out for yourself!
