Jira Scheduler stops working in Multi-node Jira DC Environment

Hello,

We observed in a 2 node Jira DC environment that when we shut down a node, our scheduler job which is already running gets stopped and does not get resumed on another node. Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to solve this so that the job can resume on another alive node?
