We have just deployed Jira Product Discovery to our instance, our stake holders love it! However we would like to open a template when clicking on create, rather than the "standard" Jira ticket view.
We have created a set of templates to use, but it is causing some confusion with our stakeholders who are not used to Jira to use the template.
Current flow is :-
Create Idea -> add summary -> click on idea -> start from template -> fill out template
We would like the following:-
Create Idea -> fill out template
so to confirm we would like to click on create and see the template by template
