Jira External System Import (Old Experience) Not Working

3 days ago, I was doing some test uploads in Jira Cloud's External System Import (Old Experience) functionality in order to be able to update Resolution Dates that were incorrect, which is affecting my organizational metrics. For context, the transition to change the 'Resolution' to 'Done' was not being triggered when the issue was changed to Done. As such, we have months of data sets that have not been appropriately set to Done, so we did the workaround of adding a temporary transition to trigger the automation to change the Resolution. The upload is then used to adjust the Resolution Date to the last updated date before the workaround to fix the Resolution was made.
However, today, when I'm attempting to do the mass upload of all records, the module is not working. When I go to the Old Experience, select the file and press Next to select the project and then the format for dates, no fields are displayed below the Import to Project field. As such, I cannot proceed. I have tried even to switch to Incognito to see if it's a problem with the browser's cache but to no avail. It's still not working.
Is the functionality broken on the Jira Cloud level? Any support would be appreciated.
