Jira Error: ICUG9Y9

I have no trouble logging into Atlassian for Trello or Confluence but I get an error message (ICUG9Y9) when trying to access projects on my company's JIRA page https://varoenergy.atlassian.net/jira/projects.  

My local support team have told me to contact Atlassian Support, so if anyone could help, please let me know.

ICUG9Y9 is an internal error code that helps Atlassian find where the error was on the Cloud side. 

We can't help you with this, it's entirely a problem on the back-end of Cloud and Atlassian need to fix it.

It is safe to assume you are not the only Cloud users getting this error, but it's always worth reporting to them, as the more information they have about where it's happening, and the numbers of people it's happening to help them find and fix it and get it fixed for you as well as the others they are aware of.

If you are on a free or starter licence, you don't have access to Atlassian support and an attempt to raise a request will land you back here for community support.  If you have a commercial licence, you should be able to raise it at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
