If you are open to 3rd party solutions we provide Flow Efficiency metrics as part of our sprint insights dashboard at minware.
We have multiple options available that allow you to dive into predictability and find antipatterns - so that you can improve efficiency and morale. We provide visibility at the epic level all the way down to subtasks - based on contributor, team, or company data.
