Jira Cloud for Sheets stuck on infinite loading

I've been unable to load the Jira Cloud for Sheets extension in Google sheets for the past three days. My configuration was setup to update on a schedule and has since failed. When I try to open the extension panel I'm met with an infinitely loading screen (spinning wheel).

I've tried this in multiple browsers, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, and cannot even access the "Disconnect Site" option as it's greyed out in the menu panel. I've also made sure my browsers are updated and closed all other tabs. I've also done a hard refresh and cleared my cache.

I'm unsure of what to do to get this working again. I've confirmed with my other coworkers that they're also experiencing this with the extension. Has anyone been able to sort this? It seems to be a reoccurring problem with this extension.

I was not able to resolve this after about a week and our team has switched to a tool called Coefficient which has been more reliable and remarkably easy to use.

I've been experimented this issue from last December and I founded the solution for this bug accidentally.

STEP 1: Select "Add another site"

STEP 2: A new tab would be open, Press Accept button 

STEP 3: Reload the Spreadsheet and it will be function again

I also experienced this. Seemed like an intermittent error and it worked after 10 minutes or so.
