Jira Cloud - Setup won't allow me access.

I decided to give Jira Cloud a try. I was able to enter my username / url information and click submit. The url created but I don't have access to it. I get a security message. 

{User} doesn't have access to Jira on {Url}

Since this was a trial thing that doesn't have support how am I suppose to gain access to it?

It has been a long time since I setup my cloud instance but recall it was straightforward. How long has it been since you set it up? It may take a little while but not too long, have you received any email about the install?

Its been about 12 hours since I set it up. I have not received any emails from Atlassian.

so when you go to the URL you setup to you get the login screen. Screenshot?
