Yes. Getting the same error. As you have Premium, I would suggest opening a P1 ticket at support.atlassian.com/contact
I opened a ticket earlier, but I only have Standard. You could help us all out with your Premium level contract/support.

I have submitted tickets already. What is odd is the status page shows everything is operational.
