Jira CSV Export

I am trying to stop or limit regular users from importing or exporting Jira projects in csv format. Users do imports/exports during production hours and that slows down the system. Admin will still retain above privilege. 

I will appreciate your help.

Hi @Fru Asanga 

Unfortunately you can't disable this functionality to some users or group of users. You can disable it for all users (including admins) but not for some users.
