Hi,

After installing the Bonfire plugin did you also install the relevant extension for your browser? Insctuctions available at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BONFIRE/Getting+Bonfire+for+your+browser

Hope that helps,

Andrew.

If you don't have a menu option for Get Bonfire can you access it directly at <your jira url>/secure/GetBonfire.jspa , e.g. http://myjira.example.com/secure/GetBonfire.jspa ?

Ah ok. Bonfire is available as a trial, but plugins are licensed separately. You just need to go to https://my.atlassian.com to generate a trial Bonfire license and then activate it via Administration -> Bonfire -> License in you JIRA install.
