Hi everyone,
I have a board that gets onboarding and offboarding tickets on Jira.
I also have a Confluence database that has a list of people.
Is it possible to create an automation, that when an offboarding ticket is created, the confluence database is checked for the person being offboarded?
Some guidance is appreciated as I've tried searching but all the results seem irrelevant to my question.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Hi Calvin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I don't believe you are going to be able to query the Confluence Database from an automation rule in Jira.

Hi @Calvin Azzopardi and welcome to the community!
Currently, the REST API and automation support for Confluence Databases is still limited and you can't query individual entries of a database.
However, there are suggestions you can vote for in Atlassian's own Jira:
Hope this helps!
