Jira Automation to Send Email

I'm a Product Owner and create most issues across my three Projects. I would like to create an Automation to send an email directly to me if someone else creates or resolves an issue. I have tried entering my email address but it will not accept it.

Hi @Elli 

You could try this automation but you'll need to create a new group for this notifications. I've used the site admin because I have free tier in my personal account and I cannot manage groups.

In your case, you'll have to add a condition to avoid notifications when you are the one who create the issue.
