Jira Automation task > 365 days

I want to setup a certificate reminder using Jira Task which is in 2 years time? How can I setup a task using Jira Automation?

You could also schedule it using a CRON expression. I use this site for help with my CRON expressions Automation - Jira 2023-04-23 22-56-42.pngMonosnap Cron job every year 2023-04-23 22-56-31.png

Thanks Jeff,  not sure how can I setup up the cron job for more than 12 months.

Hi @Ranjan Koirala -

It looks like Automation allows for scheduling a rule execution for these times:

  • 24 months
  • 730 days

So depending on precision, maybe one of those will work?

Thanks Darryl, when I tried the scheduled trigger it says the interval should greater than 5 mins and less than a year. Can you please send the screen short/syntax how I can schedule for more than 12 months.
