Hi Everyone,
The org I've been working in has recently moved to a Jira setup and I'd like to ask a few questions regarding the privileges of the roles and regulations.
Although my team has been working on Jira for a week or so, we still do have some cross org tasks that most of the the other teams in the extended organization do not have the permissions to view or access.
Hence arises these questions,
1) What's the highest administrator privilege Jira offers (Like a super admin or something)
2) What are the accesses this privilege offers to the user - will they be able to access private boards and projects?
3) If they can access, what can be done to keep these tasks and projects unavailable to the super admin user?
We are looking at taking a separate Trello access to avoid this.
It'd be great if someone could help answer these questions.
Thanks and have a great day!
