JQRY for Column filter All status In Progress, Submitted, but Closed AFTER 06/01/2021

Does anyone have a JQRY that would include all issues with status In Progress, Submitted, but only the Closed issues After say 6/1/2021 or AFTER startOfDay minus 60 days?
