Hi @Vidya VASUDEVAN

This error typically occurs when the project key 'DTE' doesn't match any existing project in your Jira instance or if you don't have the necessary permissions to access the project. Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue as a Jira admin in Jira SaaS:

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Verify the Project Key:

    • Go to Projects > View all projects in your Jira admin settings and check if there’s a project with the key 'DTE'.
    • Ensure the project key is typed correctly (e.g., no typos or case sensitivity issues).
  2. Check Your Permissions:

    • Navigate to Project Settings > Permissions for the project (if it exists) and ensure your account or group has the "Browse Projects" permission.
  3. Check if the Project Is Archived:

    • Archived projects cannot be accessed via JQL. Go to Projects > Archived Projects and check if 'DTE' is listed. If archived, restore the project.
  4. Search Using Project Name (Optional):

    • If you suspect the project key might have changed, search using the project name:
      makefile
      project = "Project Name"

  5. Contact Atlassian Support:

    • If the issue persists and you’re sure the project exists, raise a ticket with Atlassian Support.

Hi @Vidya VASUDEVAN, I suggest you check the project permission and grant permission to yourself.
