Hey guys,
i found many nice threads regarding solutions with scriptrunner linkedIssuesOf. My Company don't use scriptrunner (costs issue), but i want to create a jql statement like
project = A and linkedIssue in (project = B and status = DONE)
Does anybody know a solution?

unfortunately I don't think it's possible without app.
You can do something like
issue in linkedIssues(ABC-123,"is duplicated by")
but nothing more, see here.
