Hi,
I use the JIRA automation and I use a JQL that works fine in the normal search console, here it is:
category = "All Initiative Projects" and issuetype = Epic
But, when I use the automation and create a "Scheduled" + JQL it returns 0 results.
Do you have any idea of the problem and how to solve it?
Thanks
Is your automation rule scoped to a single project which falls outside of the JQL? In order to action all issues in all projects within that project category, you will need your rule to be scoped to those projects
You're right @Callum Carlile _Automation Consultants_ , if I create a "global" rule it works. Well see ;-)
Thanks
