Hi,
It's annoying to use JIRA Multi-select custom field because in order to select values, we need to press Shit or command button to select multiple values. Is there a better way to configure multiple select fields that provide us checkbox option to select values?
The only KB I found in Atlassian community is below, but it doesn't seem to work with our JSM version 10.1.2.

maybe also an option, this is what we do here:
In order to do a multiple selection, we are creating Asset Object types as well as the respective selections as Asset objects. For Asset custom fields, you do always have an option to use it with multiple selection. And you can choose between display options as a list of selected values or checkboxes/radio buttons (in case of single selections).
Asset objects also offer some more functions in the long go as you could assign the objects with other attributes as well.
Let me know, if you need more information on that.
Regards,
Stefan
There are other field types including a multi-select checkbox option.

Hi @Thomas Checketts, thanks for your response. The only option I see is "Select List (Multiple Choice). This only allows us to select multiple values by pressing shift/command key and selection options. Is there a way to convert them into multi select checkbox so it is convenient for the users to select.
