Hello,
we have this integration which is working, but the problem we are facing is that everytime I add a comment in the Jira ticket it creates a new Zendesk ticket, so you can end up with 6 duplicated tickets in Zendesk.
I think it is because it is sending update emails, but I went and untick the option that says to send update emails, this haven't really worked.
Any suggestions?
