Which link was it? Or is it just Tempo in general?

Sometimes this can happen if you cancel a subscription to an App, but don't disable/uninstall it from the environment - are you still subscribed to Tempo?

Thanks for the reply.

I have opened the tempo from App tab, over there its showing the broken link.

Also we have not cancel the subscription.

Where to check if we are subscribed to Tempo or not?

Check here...

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Select your Org (if needed)
3. Select Billing from the top navigation bar
4. Check Tempo is on this list, and the "next bill date" is not in the past.

If the "next bill date" is from a recent, previous date - it might be Tempo was on a free trial and has expired.

You can view if it's on a free trial here:

1. From within Jira, go to Apps > Manage your apps
2. Apps which are on a trial will be visualised here
