We are developing a new identity and access management strategic plan and one of the alternatives we are exploring is encapsulating the business logic through a tool like JIRA ServiceDesk (which is the, by far, preferred option).
We understand business logic in this scenario as:
* User provisioning process.
* Application access requests process.
* Approval workflows
* Etc.
Is this a viable solution? Has it been done before?
