There is a strange behaviour in JIRA Service Desk 2.5.9 and it frustrates users a lot.
When an agent view issue using queue view everything is fine, but when tries to click in issuekey and get non-queue view (eg. my.jira.com/browse/PKEY-123) then page is scrolled down until last comment and issue details are hidden (if there are some comments).
Do you know how to avoid the scroll?
