JIRA Product Discovery API error - chrome extension

Hi, when trying to use the chrome extension with JIRA Product Discovery I receive the following error when I submit.

"Unable to create issues: API request failed. Request failed with status code..."

Unfortunately, I'm unable to see the rest of the error message as the popup cuts it off.

Having the same problem here. Could this be because I do not have creator access, only contributor?
