Although https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5649 is fixed our OnDemand JIRA fails to create issues out of e-mails. The same configuration worked in the beginning of June but does not work anymore. We have created POP account (for gmail) and defined a mail handler. POP account mail server test works ok, mail handler does not work. When trying it with the test it returns "test failed", the "More details" not show any more detailed errors.
How could we get it to work again?
Sorry for the incovenience here, we noticied that some customers were having problems after our last upgrade on Monday the 11th, the fastest way to get support for OnDemand is always fill a Support Ticket on http://support.atlassian.com as it will be prioritized and handled by a Support Engineer.
We are working on a fix that will solve the problem across the board, although a manual fix can be applied once you fill a Support request for this.
