It's not the same without you

I've seen a number of entries on this topic, but all seem to be about on-premise JIRA or tickets that were closed/not implemented.
JIRA On Demand sorts attachments alphabetically by name and while we can manually resort by date by ticket, it is more convenient to always have the most current attachment on the top of the list.
In the attachment settings there is no option to change the default sort order.
Does anyone know of an open issue to address this?
Can Atlassian change something on the back end?
Hi Ed,
There is a suggestion in JAC for users to be able to choose a default order: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-28290 but it is already closed as "Won't Fix".
However, you can change the order when viewing the attachments of an issue by clicking on the dropdown arrow on the right/top of the Attachments section and select 'Date'.
Cheers,
Clarissa.
