JIRA Mobile lacks functionality

From time-to-time, we need to review and interact with tickets using our mobile devices.   That might require us to assign the task to someone, etc.   However, the mobile version has, for some time, lacked meaningful functionality – making it nearly useless.  

Do you have plans to improve this application?

In my case, the platform is iOS 9 and 10, iPhone.

They are building native apps for JIRA and Confluence. I believe they are only avaliable for Atlassian Cloud products right now.
