Dear Support,
I'm struggling with the way issues are listed. After creating a team-managed Software project, I would like all imported issues to be listed.(I temporarily use an app called Sheets to have that view). However, it is very important for the team to be able to see comments and details of each issue(but mainly comments and description) without having to open each issue, but by simply navigating among them. What should I do? Is the issue list view customizable ? Note, that we are using the free version of JIRA. Lastly, I tried initiating a bug tracking project which offers the ability to view issues in a quite similar way to the one I described above , yet I can see no option to set that project as team managed and share it with my team members.
Thanks a lot in advance ,
when you say that you are currently using an app named "Sheets", are you perhaps referring to JXL for Jira? If that's the case, please feel free to reach out anytime if there's anything we can assist with, either here in this thread, or via our support channel - from what I read, JXL should be the perfect fit for what you're looking for.
Best,
Hannes from JXL
Dear Valerie,
you did help me a lot with that advanced filter search ! (Work management doesn't work for us)
Many thanks !

Hi @Margarita_Papadaki , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
The view of the columns you can see in a list of issues from a Jira Software project is customizable. If you click on Filters, then Advanced issue search, you should get a view like this. You can then, on the right where I have highlighted the word 'Columns', add more fields from the Jira issues so you can see them in a list like this.
However, it sounds to me like a Jira Work Management project might be a better fit. Have you tried this already? You can also create team-managed versions of these and it comes with a list view, like you described, inside the project.
Let us know if you have more questions or need more help.
Cheers
