If I've been using the free JIRA plan for 10 users, which comes with 2GB of data storage, and I've already exceeded this limit with 50GB of data, how much longer can I continue using it for free, and what potential implications might there be for my data beyond this point?
Hi @Pratibha Malik and welcome!
Atlassian states this:
Storage limits are not currently enforced. If your Confluence or Jira products exceed their plan's storage limit, we won’t cancel your subscriptions or remove any data, as long as usage is in accordance with our acceptable use policy.
But, as far as I know, you can get a message or notification from Atlassian saying that you have to free up space in order to continue using Jira/Confluence.
Hope this helps.
Edit: Starting this week, Atlassian will actually enforce the storage limit: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2023/10/atlassian-cloud-changes-oct-23-to-oct-30-2023#AtlassianCloudchangesOct23toOct30,2023-confluence
