JIRA Cloud: is it possible to create issues/tickets through email?

Hello all,

I am looking into migrating on-prem install or JRAI into Atlassian offer, but I have a few questions:

  • Is reply-to emails sent JIRA on Cloud are added as conent into issues?
  •  Is there a way to use an email to automatically create issues in JIRA Cloud?
